My name is John. I am an IT professional who has been in the field since roughly 2010. My experience has included a swath of technology, starting foot in desktop administration with Windows XP and Norton Ghost. I moved into more advanced concepts like Systems Administration later, and Information Security with Networking is where I ended up. My role mostly entails being the senior engineer for the deployment and maintenance of physical and virtual firewalls across many sites across nearby US states.
In my free time, I spend it with my family and my hobbies. I work on various python projects for network automation, or other useful features I find across my day. I also read a lot, recently read “I’m Glad My Mother Died” by Jeanette McCurdy – a heartfelt story composed by a bird stuck in a cage for too long.. great read. Otherwise, I play PC games and play with AI tools.
Lastly, I am pursuing my Masters of IT from New Mexico State University, so you may find interesting projects here related to IT technology deployments in strange styles.
